As a Human Resources Manager, you would be expected to lead, motivate, manage and develop the HR Support Services function to enable it to achieve its vision and service aspirations, and to deliver high quality HR Operational services that are efficient and, effective from a customer perspective. The role would require you to provide advice and support to the Division or Business Unit in areas of communication on policies, practices and processes, service level and responsiveness to customers & also validating and maintaining appropriate Service Level Agreements for all key processes.

The role ensures accurate and timely management of payroll, benefits and tax related services. This opportunity would see you proactively identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities along with managing vendors and other stakeholders with regards to timely and quality service. Managing other operational support functions like on-boarding, termination activities, international mobility etc and ensuring risk control measures are in place under these functions, constitute other areas of responsibilities. As a leader, you would also be expected to set challenging out performance goals for self and team and also develop, monitor and regularly review the quality of service delivery and ensure service excellence. 

Demonstrated experience in the financial services sector in Human Resources in Asia

(5-10 years) is essential background for this role. An understanding with demonstrated experience in HRMIS and payroll systems (preferably Timesoft) along with demonstrated leadership capabilities particularly around coaching and development planning are key requirements for this role.

Other requirements include strong written and verbal communication skills along with good project management, influencing, interpersonal, sound analysis, judgement, problem solving and diagnostic skills. In addition to this, proven customer focus and the ability to demonstrate those behaviours to customers, colleagues and team members are also essential.

Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline and / or process management and design experience would be an added advantage.
