Our Retail Banking client is looking for an IT Divisional Manager (Director Level) to focus on the delivery of number of major projects aimed at implementing the Banking Group's core banking platform, for it's retail banking business.
Our client is seeking an IT Divisional Manager – Retail Banking to work under the direction of the CIO. As IT Divisional Manager you will lead a cohesive, professional and high performing team at various levels of the organisation consisting of permanent as well as contract staff.
Key stakeholder relationships will be with client business leads within the Retail bank arm of the group.
Challenges for the IT Divisional Manager include:
Maintaining relationships within the Retail Bank business area
Assessing systems planning, building and application selection within this business area
Design and implementation of Systems plan for Retail Bank: branches, TD, Internet and Business Banking, considering the user needs within the technological framework of the wider Banking Group
Budget assignment and tracking
Coordination with other business units (local and global) to implement corporate solutions
Be the single point of entry into IT for Retail Banking
