The Challenge
Working for a leading Energy Company, the Pricing Analyst will be working alongside the energy trading team and be responsible for conducting detailed pricing analysis, forecasting revenue returns and making recommendations to the trading team. Other responsibilities will include monitor market prices to determine revenue returns and delivering regular competitive target prices to reflect current market pricing. The Pricing analyst will work with both the energy trading team and business partners across the Group in their daily work to optimise positions and determine open positions. Role may involve some overseas travel from time to time.
The Candidate
The Candidate will have a strong quantitative background and will hold a degree in Science / Engineering or business related field. The candidate will be highly numerate, with strong quantitative skills and technical programming ability in scientific programming.
