A Manhattan based global research and consulting firm is seeking a Market Analyst to join its dynamic, industry leading team. Our firm's proprietary research is focused exclusively on the investment market for commercial property.

In addition to collecting property transactional data, we capture metrics such as players, brokers, lenders, and advisors. We then analyze and interpret the data, providing valuable insight into this rapidly growing asset class. Covering all global markets and the five core property types, our investment market data and analysis is relied upon by all segments of the real estate industry. Our mission is to be the most timely, complete and accurate source for investment property sales.

This position is responsible for tracking property transactions.  Duties will include entering data into our proprietary database, ensuring data integrity, client contact, and assistance with the production of comprehensive analyses for a variety of industry standard publications on the property markets.

Qualifications:  

• College degree and related work experience in the real estate industry preferred (1-3 years experience)

• Proficient with Internet research.

•  Advanced Microsoft Excel experience preferred.

• Attention to detail with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to speak foreign language preferred, but not required.
