Working within the high performing infrastructure & utilities team in the investment banking division of this high profile bank, you will be involved across a diverse array of deals including energy, utilities, desalinisation, transport infrastructure and other PPP transactions. Experiencing exponential growth in this sector, particularly from offshore clients, there is a great opportunity to become a key member of this successful team.
Associate Directors are expected to play a key role in executing domestic and international corporate transactions. Associate Directors will also have financial advisory responsibilities – including assisting clients regarding their any expansion capitalisation and evaluation of M&A, divestments or a restructure strategy. You will have strong credit assessment capabilities as well as involvement in deal structuring.

    Working collaboratively with the analysts and relationship managers, you will provide support to initiate and structure a range of transactions. This is a client interfacing opportunity that will allow you scope to work on complex and high-profile transactions. You will be part of dynamic team providing a entrepreneurial and challenging environment.

    The Successful Candidate *Infrastructure industry experience essential; and ideally utilities experience. *Experience in valuation and across transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestments, debt & equity capital raisings, and capital structures *Strong financial modelling and quantitative analysis skills. *Must be able to co-ordinate a team of Analysts, and have strong delegation skills. Qualifications / Experience Required: Degree qualified with above average results, ideally post graduate academics and at least 7-10+ years experience in an investment bank, accounting or consulting firm or within a leading corporation.
