Joining a dynamic rapidly expanding Private Equity house, role will involve working alongside the Senior Management team on all aspects of the transactions and managing the portfolio of investments.
The Challenge
Rapidly expanding Private Equity house responsible for a number of large transactions over the past year are seeking a commercial executive with transaction experience to join their team. The Private Equity Executive will work alongside the Senior Directors on all aspects of the private equity transactions due to the nature of the business and the flat management structure. The role will be very commercially focused with the Private Equity Executive also working on financial and operational issues concerning investments. The role will require some travel from time to time.
The Candidate
The candidate will have an accountancy qualification preferably ACA and a minimum of 18 months PQE in investment banking / acquisition finance role with strong transaction experience. The Candidate will have demonstrated commercial experience and possess first rate communication and interpersonal skills.

The Client is a dynamic Private Equity operation with a growing portfolio of investments across a variety of industry sectors.
