The role encompasses: - Undertaking research, writing reports and advising clients on retail and property related projects;
- Analysis and presentation of market and statistical data, using Excel, GIS mapping and databases;
- Forecasts of market demand and performance;
- Inspection of properties throughout the country and liaison with authorities; and
- Monitoring market conditions relating to all property
