Urbis have an opportunity for an outstanding calibre person to join the Property Economics team as a Consultant.

The role encompasses:

  • Undertaking research, writing reports and advising clients on retail and property related projects;
  • Analysis and presentation of market and statistical data, using Excel, GIS mapping and databases;
  • Forecasts of market demand and performance;
  • Inspection of properties throughout the country and liaison with authorities; and
  • Monitoring market conditions relating to all property
Your attributes will include:
    Being a self-starter, lateral thinker and outstanding communicator. You are self aware, mature and confident, constantly seeking new approaches and solutions while working as part of a driven and highly professional team.

Applicants will possess degree qualifications in Economics, Commerce, Urban Geography, Business or Property.
