This expanding team requires two Senior Analysts to provide structured solutions and to lead projects across varied and complex transactions. The nature of the work can be anything from assessing the funding for a major infrastructure project through to assessing the investment requirements for major revenues channelled into the business.

The team draws upon professionals with specialisms including corporate finance, investments, treasury and execution. The two new incumbents will bring a blend of risk experience and investments experience. Broadly the successful applicants will have some of:-

• Over 5 years financial markets experience, particularly fixed income securities and interest rate products
• Valuation principles, portfolio hedging and risk management techniques
• Experienced at making investment recommendations, portfolio understanding
• Thorough understanding of risk management and performance methodologies such as Value at Risk
• Awareness of industry trends regarding issues such as capital adequacy, asset liability modelling
• Quantitative analytics, strong financial modelling
• Ability to formulate written reports to a high standard

You will have strong tertiary qualifications, financial/maths/economics driven with postgrad qualifications. You will also have strong communication and presentation skills.

This newly created team will provide a steep learning curve and give you the opportunity to manage enormous projects will complex structures across the debt and investment spectrum.
