Here is a Perth based opportunity to join a leading bank in their institutional division. This firm enjoys very strong relationships with corporate Australia and is particularly active in the natural resources and power industries. We are looking for an experienced credit analyst with more than five years banking exposure and ideally two or more years exposure to debt financing proposals covering the main banking product suite plus hybrid capital, bond issues and structured trade finance. You will need a strong financial analysis skill set with a proven track record in writing credit submissions and performing regular client reviews. Being based in Perth you will be encouraged to form relationships with the local natural resources community and a key part of your role will be to review the clients activity and propose new solutions via the preparation of strategic selling papers. As part of a smaller team the reporting lines to senior stakeholders ensure a satisfying level of involvement in a deal from beginning to end. If you have prior experience of mining, oil and gas or power industries that would be well recieved but all candidates with strong generic skills are strongly encouraged to apply.
